Your website: review and approve it
Which website your plan includes, how to review it on your phone and how to approve it for publishing. It's part of the essentials in "My first day".

Your plan includes a website already designed for your type of business, with your booking, your forms and NEO built in. The only thing left is for you to review it and give the green light.
Which website each plan includes
- Organize: a full website, with more pages.
- Grow: you pick 1 of 3 designs.
- Scale: you get all 3 designs.
Exactly how many pages each one has varies by type of business.
Review it
- Go to More › Website.
- Open your website and click Preview.
- Look at it on your phone first: that's where most of your customers will see it.
- On each page, check:
- Your name, address, hours and phone number.
- The services and "from" prices.
- Your logo and photos. See Upload your logo and photos.
- That the booking button leads to your calendar. See Your booking link.
- Message the website chat as if you were a customer. See Test NEO as if you were a customer.
The sample texts and photos look good but they aren't yours. Change them before publishing. See Change your website's text and photos.
Approve it
- When everything looks right, go back to "My first day", to the "Add your logo and photos and check your website" step.
- Click Next until you finish the step: that's how you tell us you like it.
- NeuroAI reviews it and publishes it with your domain. If you don't have one yet, see Use your own domain.
If something goes wrong
- Something looks off on your phone: note which page and write to us.
- You don't see "Website": your account's website may still be in preparation; write to us.
