QR codes for your counter
The QR codes your template includes (bookings, reviews, menu or orders): how to find them, download them and print them for your counter.
Updated
A QR code lets a customer open a page just by pointing their phone's camera at it. It's ideal for your counter, your window, your business card or your sign.
Which QR codes your template includes
It depends on your type of business and your plan. The most common are:
- Bookings: leads to your calendar. See Your booking link.
- Reviews: leads to the Google review form. See Ask customers for Google reviews.
- Menu or catalog, for businesses that use one.
- Orders or contact, depending on your template.
Find and download them
- Look for your QR codes in Website. If you can't find them, write to us and we'll send them to you.
- Pick the one you want to use.
- Download it and choose the format: image (PNG) for screens, or PDF for printing.
Print them well
- Print the QR at a minimum of 3 to 4 cm (about 1.5 inches) per side so any phone can read it.
- Use a light background and dark ink. Don't stretch it or change its colors.
- Leave a blank margin around it.
- Add a short phrase next to it: "Book here" or "Leave us a review".
- Place it at eye level with good light.
Before printing a hundred copies, test one with your phone and with a friend's.
Where to put them
- On the counter or at the register.
- On the door or the window.
- On cards, receipts, packaging or flyers.
- In an Instagram post or your WhatsApp status.
If something goes wrong
- The QR won't scan: make it bigger or improve the light and contrast.
- It leads to the wrong page: download the correct QR again.
- I don't have the QR I need: write to us and we'll sort it out.
