Cancellation and Refunds.

1.How to cancel

You may cancel NeuroAI at any time from your account. If you cannot access it, email facturacion@neuroaistudio.com from your registered email address; we will verify your identity without requiring a call. We will confirm cancellation and your access end date. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the paid period ends, including the full paid year if you chose annual billing.

2.Usage and reloads

When you request cancellation, we disable automatic reloads. Usage during the remaining period is deducted from the available balance. If it runs out, usage-based features may stop; continuing requires a manual reload or new charging authorization. Cancellation does not erase valid charges for usage already incurred.

The included 10 USD monthly credit continues throughout the paid period; each allocation expires at the end of its month and does not roll over. Requesting cancellation does not bring that expiration forward.

Purchased, unused balance may be used for usage until the paid period ends. After that it is no longer available and is not refunded, except where legally required.

3.Payments and disputes

There is no free trial. Validly collected payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling before the month or year ends, or not using the service, does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

This policy does not legitimize erroneous, duplicate or unauthorized charges. Report them to facturacion@neuroaistudio.com: we will investigate and correct them where appropriate, without imposing a deadline that reduces your legal rights or rights against your payment institution.

4.Export and deletion

You may export your data for 30 days after the paid period ends; this additional access is for export, not continued operation. Active data is then deleted. Backups are removed within a maximum of 90 days after the paid period ends, except specific records subject to mandatory legal retention.

This version does not retroactively remove rights accepted under an earlier version.

Private masterclass exception

Public plans do not include a free trial. The only exception is the private Básico offer for people registered for the El Código masterclass. Básico is the Organiza plan without WhatsApp and without the $10 monthly credit. It includes 7 days free, with a card required. Starting on day 8, it costs $49 per month and renews automatically unless you cancel from your account before the 7 days end; if you cancel within that period, you pay no subscription fee. Usage (SMS and AI) and integrations are charged separately from day one, with a $25 automatic top-up only when you use them. The offer is personal and expires 72 hours after you receive it. Taxes apply where required.
