Upload your logo and photos
Upload your logo and 3 real photos so they show on your emails and website instead of the sample ones. "My first day" asks for them in the essentials.

Your logo shows on your emails and website, and your real photos replace the sample ones. It's part of the "Add your logo and photos and check your website" step of "My first day" and takes about 3 minutes.
Before you upload
- Logo: ideally a PNG with a transparent background, and sharp.
- 3 real photos of your business or your work, in good light. Phone photos are fine.
- If a customer appears in a photo, you need their written permission.
- Have your Instagram, Facebook and Google profile links handy.
Upload your logo and photos
- Open "My first day", go to the "Add your logo and photos and check your website" step and click Open the form. You can also upload them in Files, inside More.
- Click Upload and pick the files from your computer or phone.
- Wait for them to finish loading; you'll see them as thumbnails.
- Upload the logo in Settings › Business Profile too, so your emails use it.
- Add your social and Google links in the "My first day" form.
- Go back to "My first day" and click Next to check your website.
Photos about 1,200 pixels wide look fine. They don't need to be huge.
Where they show
On your welcome emails, confirmations and reminders, and on your website. Check on your phone that the new photos look right: see Your website: review and approve it.
If something goes wrong
- The photo won't upload: try JPG or PNG and a lighter file.
- The old logo still shows: reload the page or wait a few minutes.
