Onboarding: get set up with a NeuroAI agent

There are two ways to get your account ready. Free, with "My first day": NEO walks you through it step by step inside your app. Or with Onboarding: an agent from the NeuroAI team (a person, not NEO) gets it ready with you in 2 one-on-one Google Meet video calls.

What it costs

• Free with annual Grow and Scale, with no cash value and no refund if you cancel.
• $249, one-time payment, with Organize and with monthly Grow and Scale.
• Non-refundable.

You can add it when you buy your plan or later, from "My first day".

What we do with you

• Review your "My first day" details and your template.
• Turn on your calendar and test NEO with you.
• Connect your WhatsApp with your same number.
• Help with your payments, your domain, your website and, in the US, your text message registration.

Anything beyond this scope is quoted separately. We don't set exact timelines here: we agree them on the first call, based on what you have ready.

How to request it

If you added it when you bought your plan, there's nothing to do: once your account is ready, you get a confirmation email and an agent from the NeuroAI team writes to you to book it. If not, you request it from the app:

1. 1Open "My first day" with the button at the bottom left.
2. 2Click "I'd rather do it with an agent from the NeuroAI team on a Google Meet video call".
3. 3If it's included (with annual Grow or Scale), click Schedule my video calls: you pay nothing. If not, NEO explains the 2 video calls and the one-time $249 payment, and takes you to pay.
4. 4You get a confirmation email, and an agent from the NeuroAI team writes to you at that same address to pick a day and time for the 2 Google Meet video calls.

Once you request it or pay for it, "My first day" stops and we no longer send its reminders. Whatever is left, we do with you on the calls.

Who needs to be there

You, as the account holder, or a person you designate, must be on both video calls. If no one shows up for a video call, that call counts as completed.

What to have ready

1. 1The WhatsApp number you want to connect, with your phone in hand, because a code will arrive.
2. 2Your Stripe account, if you'll charge your customers. See Connect your own Stripe to get paid.
3. 3Your domain name, if you already have one. See Use your own domain.
4. 4Your logo and photos: Upload your logo and photos.

If you've already done some "My first day" steps, even better: the calls are used for the hard parts, not for copying details.

If something goes wrong

• You need to change the time: let us know before the call, by replying to the email from the agent who wrote to you or by writing to us.
