Check your business details (name, hours, address)
Where to change your business name, address, hours, time zone and logo, and why NEO repeats what you write there.

Your template arrives with sample data. Your emails, website and NEO all use your business details, so change them early: it makes the biggest difference in what your customers see.
Change your business details
- Go to Settings › Business Profile.
- Enter the name your customers know you by, your phone, your email and your address.
- Choose your time zone. Appointments and reminders depend on it, so check it carefully.
- Upload your logo (see Upload your logo and photos).
- Click Save.
If your address is private (you work from home), enter only the area you serve.
Your hours
Your opening hours go in "My first day"; your booking hours go in the calendars. If they change, update both. See Change your hours and days off.
Why it matters for NEO
NEO answers with what you write: name, hours, address, services with their "starting at" price and policies. If something is out of date, NEO will repeat it to your customers. If a detail is missing, NEO says it will check with the team and lets you know. See Teach NEO about your business.
Your template's texts
Some names and phrases in the automatic messages are stored as values in your account: change one once and it updates in every message. If you spot an old detail in a message, check Settings › Custom Values.
