How to sign in for the first time
How to sign in to NeuroAI for the first time: the access email, creating your password, the app address, language and two-step verification.

When your account is ready, you get an email with your access. Here's how to sign in the first time and keep it protected.
Sign in for the first time
- Find the NeuroAI welcome email. If you don't see it, check spam or promotions.
- Click the access link in the email and create your password. Use a long one you don't reuse elsewhere.
- Next time, go straight to app.neuroaistudio.com and sign in with your email and that password. Bookmark it.
- If it asks for a verification code, it goes to the email or phone you gave when you bought. Type it on the screen.
- When you sign in, NEO welcomes you with "My first day" and walks you through it step by step. See "My first day": NEO guides you to get your account ready.
Always sign in from that address. Avoid links from ads or from messages you weren't expecting.
The app language
Your account works in one language, the one you picked when you bought. Each team member can adjust their own: see Change the app language.
Turn on two-step verification
It's a second key: besides your password, the app asks for a temporary code. You generate it with an authenticator app on your phone.
- Open My Profile from your photo menu at the top right, and find the Security section.
- In the two-step verification section, choose the authenticator app.
- Scan the QR code with the app on your phone and type the code it shows.
- Save the backup codes somewhere safe: they work if you lose your phone.
If something goes wrong
- The email doesn't arrive: check spam and make sure it's the email you bought with.
- Browser stuck: open a private window or clear the site's data and try again.
- The code doesn't arrive: request a new one and wait a minute before trying again.
