Your data after cancelling: export it before your end date
What you can export from your NeuroAI account when you cancel (until your end date), how to ask us for a copy in the following 30 days, which reminders you get and what is deleted afterwards.

Your customers and your information are yours. If you cancel, you have time to take them with you before we delete them.
The deadline
Your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for (your end date): until that day you can export your data yourself. After that, your account is kept for 30 more days without working: during that time you can reactivate your plan or ask us for a copy of your data, and after that it's deleted. We email you reminders at 20 and 27 days. Backups are deleted when your plan ends.
What you can take with you
- Contacts: as a CSV file that opens in Excel. See Export your contacts.
- NeuroAI invoices: in the billing portal.
- Invoices and payments to your customers: they're in your own Stripe, which remains yours.
- Conversations and other data: ask us for a copy (below).
How to export your contacts
- Click Contacts in the top bar.
- Choose the list, or select all contacts.
- Click Export and download the file.
Ask support for a copy
Write to support@neuroaistudio.com from your account email with the subject "Copy of my data". We'll tell you what it includes and how we'll send it.
Don't wait for the last day. Ask for your copy as soon as you cancel.
What is deleted afterwards
After 30 days your account data is deleted. We may keep some billing, consent or opt-out records for as long as the law requires, with restricted access. No recoverable copy of your business is kept.
If you change your mind
If you come back before it's deleted, write to us and we'll see what can be reactivated. See also Cancel your plan.
