Export your contacts
Download your contacts as a CSV file whenever you want. Your data is yours: take it to Excel or keep it as a backup.
Updated
Your customers and their details are yours, and you can download them whenever you like. It's handy as a backup, for working in Excel, or to prepare before cancelling your plan.
Export all your contacts
- Click Contacts.
- Click Export.
- Choose which fields to include (name, mobile, email, tags…).
- Confirm. The file downloads to your computer.
- Open it with Excel or Google Sheets.
Export only part of your list
- In Contacts, apply a filter or open a saved list. See Saved lists and filters.
- Tick the contacts you want.
- In the actions menu, choose Export.
It's the easiest way to pull out, for example, only your frequent customers.
Look after them
The file contains your customers' personal data. Keep it somewhere safe, don't share it in open chats and delete it when you no longer need it.
When to export
- Every so often, as a backup.
- Before making big changes to your list.
- If you decide to cancel your plan: export your data before your end date. After that, for 30 days, you can ask us for a copy at support@neuroaistudio.com. See Your data after cancelling.
If something goes wrong
- The file doesn't arrive: wait a few minutes and check your downloads or your email.
- Excel shows odd symbols for accents: open it with Data › From Text/CSV and choose UTF-8 encoding.
