Your credit: what uses it and how to top up
Understand what uses your NeuroAI credit (SMS, WhatsApp, calls, email, AI), how the $10 gift credit works, automatic reloads and what happens if your balance runs out.

Your plan covers the tools. The messages and calls you send are paid from your balance, like a prepaid card.
What uses your balance
- SMS, WhatsApp and calls, on every plan.
- Emails you send, on every plan: very little, under $1.50 per 1,000 emails.
- NEO chat on Organize. On Grow and Scale, NEO is included with fair use.

The $10 gift credit
On the Organize, Grow and Scale plans, every month we give you $10 of credit, even if you pay for your plan yearly. It's used first and it doesn't roll over: whatever you don't use by the end of the month is lost.
Automatic reload
When your balance drops to $5, a $25 reload is charged to your card automatically. That way your messages don't stop. If you need more, you can top up whenever you want.
- Go to Settings › Billing.
- Find the balance top-up option and click it.
- Choose the amount and confirm.
The $25 is not a monthly cap: if you use a lot, there will be more than one reload.
If your card fails on a reload
- We notify you and retry the reload.
- If your balance goes negative, we let you know so you can top up. If it isn't settled, we may suspend your whole account until you pay.
- If usage already in progress takes your balance below zero, that amount is deducted automatically from the next reload that succeeds.
- No interest or fees on a negative balance.
To fix it, update your card in the billing portal.
