Monthly or annual billing

You can pay for your plan every month or once a year. Annual costs less because you pay for the whole year up front.

Prices

• Organize: $137 a month, or $1,404 a year ($117 a month).
• Grow: $247 a month, or $2,364 a year ($197 a month).
• Scale: $497 a month, or $4,764 a year ($397 a month).

With annual billing you save $240 on Organize, $600 on Grow and $1,200 on Scale. Prices are in US dollars, before taxes and usage.

Getting your account ready

Every plan includes "My first day" for free: NEO walks you through it step by step inside your app. See "My first day": NEO guides you to get your account ready.

If you'd rather do it with a person, Onboarding is 2 Google Meet video calls with an agent from the NeuroAI team. It costs $249 one-time, but with annual billing on Grow and Scale it's free. On Organize, and with monthly billing, you can add it if you want, at checkout or later.

How renewal works

• The plan renews by itself, for the same period you chose, until you cancel.
• With annual billing, we email you 30 days before renewal with the date, the amount and how to cancel.
• If prices change, we give you at least 30 days' notice.

Switching from monthly to annual

Write to us and we'll set it up: see Upgrade or downgrade your plan. Before asking, keep in mind that the full year is charged when you subscribe.

There are no refunds for cancelling before the month or year ends: you keep access until the end of what you paid for. See Cancel your plan.
