Cancel your plan
Cancel your NeuroAI plan from the billing portal: it stays active until the end of the paid period, with no long-term commitment and no refunds for the remaining time.

You can cancel whenever you want, with no long-term commitment and without calling anyone. Here is how, and what happens next.
How to cancel
- Open the billing portal with the email you bought with.
- Under Current plan, click Cancel plan.
- Confirm. You'll get a confirmation email with the date your access ends.
If you can't get into the portal, write to support@neuroaistudio.com from your registered email.
What happens when you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you paid for a year, you use the whole year.
- Nothing else is charged afterwards: renewals stop.
- Automatic credit reloads stay active until your end date so your account keeps working; if you want them turned off sooner, write to us and we'll turn them off. You can keep spending the credit you have until the end date.
- When the plan ends, backups are deleted.
Refunds
There are no refunds for cancelling before the month or year ends, or for not using the service, unless the law requires it. Credit you bought and didn't spend is not refunded and stops being available after the end date.
If you see a duplicate charge, or one you don't recognize, write to us: we'll look into it and correct it.

- If you change your mind, write to us before the end date.
Your data after cancelling
Your account and data are kept for 30 days after the plan ends. We warn you at 20 and 27 days. During that time you can come back, or ask us for a copy of your data at support@neuroaistudio.com. After 30 days, everything is deleted. See Your data after cancelling.
