What NEO does

• Replies in seconds to people who write on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or SMS, using the details you gave it: hours, services with their "starting at" price, address and policies.
• Helps book: suggests a service, day and time, and saves the appointment in your calendar.

How it behaves

• It always introduces itself as an AI assistant. It never pretends to be a person.
• It talks only about your business. If asked about anything else, it says so politely.
• It doesn't make things up: no final prices, discounts or promises you haven't set. When it doesn't know something, it says it will check with the team.
• It writes short messages and asks one question at a time.
• It respects opt-outs: if someone writes STOP or asks to stop receiving messages, it stops writing to them.
• It never asks for card numbers in chat: it sends your payment link.
