Teach NEO one answer ("Answer it here")
When NEO doesn't know an answer, it alerts you. With "Answer it here" you teach it the right one in a minute and NEO uses it from then on.

If a customer asks something NEO doesn't know, NEO doesn't guess: it says it will check with the team and alerts you. You teach it the answer once and NEO uses it from then on.
The "NEO didn't know" alert
You get an alert by email and in the app's bell with the customer's question. It says something like: "NEO couldn't answer… Reply from Messages and teach NEO the answer in 1 minute."
- Open the conversation in Messages and reply to that customer yourself.
- Click the Answer it here link in the alert.
Teach the answer
- On the "Answer it here" page, write the question the way a customer would ask it.
- Write the answer you want NEO to give: short, clear and with real details.
- Enter your team code. You'll find it in the email "NEO now knows your business".
- Click the send button.
You'll see a notice that it's saved. NEO will use it from its next reply.

How to write a good answer
- One or two sentences, the way you'd tell a customer.
- With "starting at" if there's a price.
- No promises that depend on your mood that day. If something varies, say it's confirmed with the team.
- One question at a time: if there are two, teach them separately.
If something goes wrong
- It says the code is wrong: copy the code from the email without spaces.
- You can't find the code email: write to support@neuroaistudio.com.
- NEO still answers badly: test it and check you haven't given two different answers to the same thing.
