NEO's receipt is the summary you get by email on the 1st of every month with what NEO did in your business the month before.

On the 1st of every month, in the morning, you get NEO's receipt: a short summary of what happened in your business the month before, so you don't have to go looking for it all.
What the receipt tells you
- The new contacts that came in.
- The conversations NEO handled.
- What came in after hours.
- Depending on your type of business and your plan, also appointments, calls and NEO's phone minutes.
Where it arrives
By email, to your business email. It goes out on the 1st of every month at 9:00, in your account's time zone.
How to get the most out of it
- Look at how much came in after hours: if it's a lot, check your hours.
- Reply to anything left pending in Conversations.
- If you see NEO couldn't answer something, teach it the answer in a minute.
If it doesn't arrive
- Check spam and promotions in your email.
- Check in Settings › Business Profile that your email is correct.
