Use NeuroAI on your phone
Use NeuroAI from your phone's browser: sign in, add a shortcut to your home screen and answer your conversations from anywhere.

You can run your business from your phone without installing anything: NeuroAI works in the browser. NeuroAI doesn't currently have its own app in the app stores, and none is included in any plan.
Sign in from your phone
- Open your phone's browser (Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone).
- Type app.neuroaistudio.com and sign in with your email and password.
- If it asks for a verification code, type it as you would on a computer.
Add a shortcut to your home screen
That gives you an icon like any other app.
- With the page open, open the browser menu (the three dots in Chrome; the share button in Safari).
- Choose Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name and tap Add.
Answer conversations
- Tap Conversations in the menu.
- Open the conversation you want. New ones show at the top or marked as unread.
- Type your reply and tap the send button.
- To go faster, use your quick replies.
Turn your phone sideways if you need to see more columns, for example your sales in progress.
Alerts on your phone
NEO and your template alert you about what matters by email, and by SMS if you've set it up. See Notifications: what you get and where.
If something goes wrong
- The page is slow: close other tabs and check your connection.
- It signs you out: sign in again and avoid private mode.
