Your calendar: view and manage appointments
See your appointments by day or week, open any of them, change its status (confirmed, no-show, cancelled) and learn which messages go out on their own for each status.
Updated
Your calendar gathers every booking from your customers. From there you see who's coming, change whatever is needed and let your account do the writing for you.
View your appointments
- Click Calendars in the top bar.
- Pick the view you prefer, for example Today or Week.
- If you have several calendars (for example one per service or per person), turn them on or off with the checkboxes on the left.
Open and change an appointment
- Click the appointment on the calendar.
- You'll see the customer, the service, the time and the status.
- To move it, change the date and time and save.
- To change its status, open the Status selector and pick one.
What each status means and what happens
- Confirmed: the customer is coming. They get the confirmation and the reminders. See Automatic confirmations and reminders.
- Showed: the customer came. If you mark it, a review request can go out a few hours later. See Ask customers for Google reviews.
- No-show: about 15 minutes later the customer gets a friendly message to rebook. See When a customer doesn't show or cancels.
- Cancelled: they're notified, the slot is freed and you're alerted, depending on your plan.
Setting the status correctly is the only thing you need to do every day: your account does the rest by itself.
If something goes wrong
- You can't see an appointment a customer booked: check which calendars are on and your time zone. See An appointment is missing or shows the wrong time.
- You set the wrong status: open the appointment again and change it; but note a message may have already gone out.
