Your services, duration and starting price
Edit the services your template includes: name, duration and "from" price. That way customers book the right thing and NEO quotes prices correctly.

Your template comes with sample services for your type of business. The first job is to replace them with your own, with the real duration and an honest "from" price.
Edit a service
- Click Calendars.
- Open the Services (or Calendars) tab and pick the service you want to change.
- Change the name to one your customers understand ("Haircut", "Brake check").
- Set the duration to what it really takes, including prep time.
- Change the description if it has one.
- Click Save.
Create a new service
- In Calendars, click Create Calendar.
- Pick the type closest to your case (one person, several people…).
- Add the name, duration and hours.
- Save and copy its booking link. See Your booking link.
The "from" price
The "from" price is the minimum you charge, for example "from $30". NEO uses it when a customer asks how much something costs, and never promises a final price: it says the exact amount depends on the case.
- Write your "from" prices in "My first day" or in your business details.
- When they change, update them there too. See Teach NEO about your business.
If you charge a deposit to book, note it in the service description and in your policies, so NEO explains it the way you do.
If something goes wrong
- A service doesn't show on your website: check that its calendar is active.
- NEO quotes an old price: update your details and test again. See Test NEO as if you were a customer.
