The "Made with NEO" badge on your website
The "Made with NEO" badge shows on your website on the Organize and Grow plans, and is off on Scale. What it is, what it means and how to ask about it.

If you see a small "Made with NEO" badge at the bottom of your website, it isn't a mistake: it's part of your plan.
What it is
It's a discreet badge in the page footer saying your website is made with NEO, NeuroAI's assistant. It lets visitors know they can write in the chat and get an answer right away.
It doesn't change how your website works.
Which plans show it
- Organize and Grow: the badge is on.
- Scale: the badge comes turned off, so your website shows only your brand.
Where to see it
- Open your website in the browser and scroll to the bottom of any page.
- The badge appears next to the copyright or links in the footer.
If you want to change something
- Remove the badge: it's included in the Scale plan. If you'd like to move to that plan, see Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- The badge looks wrong on your phone: tell us with a screenshot of the problem.
- You see it on Scale: write to us; it should be off.
Don't try to delete it from the website editor: it may come back when you publish. Ask us for help and we'll check it.
