Contracts and e-signature documents
Send a contract or proposal for your customer to sign from their phone, and optionally have them pay when they sign. No printing or scanning.

With NeuroAI documents you send a contract, a proposal or an agreement, and your customer signs it on their phone in a minute. It's saved on their profile.
Send a document to sign
- Click Payments › Documents & Contracts.
- Click New and pick one of the templates in your account, or upload your own file.
- Review the text. Replace the sample details with your own.
- Place the fields the customer must fill in: signature, date, name.
- Click Send and pick the customer.
- Choose whether it goes by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Template texts are a starting point. For an important contract, have a lawyer in your area review it.
Get paid when they sign
If you want a deposit along with the signature:
- Before sending, add a payment field to the document.
- Choose the product and amount. See Products, prices, taxes and coupons.
- The customer signs and pays in the same step. You need your Stripe connected: see Connect your own Stripe to get paid.
Follow the status
In the documents list you see whether it's sent, viewed or signed. When it's signed you get a notice and the signed document is saved.
If something goes wrong
- The customer can't sign: ask them to open it in their phone's browser, not inside another app.
- The link expired: resend the document.
- A field is missing: open it, edit it and resend if it hasn't been signed yet.
