"Comment and we'll DM you" on Instagram and Facebook

This turns comments into conversations. In a post you write "Comment INFO and we'll message you": whoever comments that word gets your information by private message, without you lifting a finger.

How it works

1. 1You post on Instagram or Facebook and ask people to comment a keyword (for example, INFO).
2. 2Someone comments that word.
3. 3NeuroAI replies publicly with a short phrase (there are three variants, so it doesn't sound repetitive).
4. 4It sends a private message with your booking or order link.
5. 5If NEO is on for that channel, it continues the conversation.

The private message is sent only once, within 7 days of the comment.

How many keywords you can use

• Organize: one keyword.
• Grow and Scale: up to three (for example, INFO, BOOK and PRICE).

How to set it up

1. 1Connect Facebook and Instagram: Connect Facebook and Instagram.
2. 2Tell us the keyword(s) you want, or ask us to change them.
3. 3Review the private message text and the link it carries.
4. 4Write the post with the keyword on the first line and test it from another account.

Write the keyword in capitals and keep it simple (no accents or emojis) so everyone can comment it correctly.

Good practices

• Say clearly what the person will get: a guide, a price, an appointment.
• Don't promise what the message doesn't deliver.
• Anyone who wants no more messages writes STOP: Unsubscribes, STOP and customer consent.

If something goes wrong

• The private message doesn't go out: check the connection is active and that the word matches.
• Two replies go out: let us know, another automation may use the same word.
