What your template does on its own

A plain list of what your NeuroAI template already does on its own from day one: replying, confirming appointments, asking for reviews, winning customers back and handling opt-outs.

Updated

Your template comes with automations already switched on. They save you repetitive work and make sure no customer is left without an answer. Here is what each one does.

What already works without you touching anything

  • Reply in seconds. When a customer writes to you, NEO answers right away and introduces itself as an AI assistant.
  • Missed call. If someone calls and you don't pick up, they get a text, and you get a task to call them back.
  • Appointments. When someone books, they get a confirmation and reminders before the appointment. They can confirm or change the time by replying.
  • No-shows and cancellations. The customer gets a friendly message to rebook.
  • Reviews. After the service, they're asked for a Google review. See Ask customers for Google reviews.
  • We miss you. Customers who haven't come back in a while get a message inviting them back. See "We miss you".
  • Pending payment. If an invoice goes unpaid, a reminder is sent.
  • Opt-outs and consent. If someone replies STOP, they are never texted again. See Unsubscribes, STOP and customer consent.
  • Hand-off to a person. When a customer asks to talk to someone, NEO alerts you and leaves the conversation to you.

What you need to do

Almost nothing. Just check that your details (hours, services, "starting at" prices) are right, because the messages use them. You do that in Settings › Business Profile.

Some automations depend on your plan or on what you've connected. For example, NEO only replies on WhatsApp once you've connected your WhatsApp.
