What each person can see and do
Choose what each person on your team can see and do in NeuroAI: administrator or user, seeing only their assigned contacts, and payment and calendar permissions.
Updated
Not everyone on your team needs to see everything. Permissions let you give each person just what they need to do their job.
The two access types
- Administrator: sees and changes almost everything, including settings, team and payments. This is for you and someone you fully trust.
- User: works day to day (conversations, appointments, contacts) with the permissions you give them.
Change a person's permissions
- Click Settings › My Staff.
- Open the person.
- Choose their access type.
- Turn on or off what they can do in each section.
- Click Save.
Seeing only their own work
If you want someone to see only the contacts and conversations assigned to them, check their user's permission options and limit what they see to their assigned contacts. This is handy, for example, for the salespeople of a construction company: each sees their own customers and not the others'.
To assign, open the conversation or the contact's profile and choose the person responsible.
Payments and calendars
- Payments: leave payment and invoice permissions only to whoever takes payments. Review them in Settings › My Staff.
- Calendars: each person can see only their own calendar. See Calendars for several team members.
Start with few permissions and add more if needed. It's easier to open up than to close down.
If something goes wrong
If a person says they can't see something, first check their access type and whether they only see assigned contacts. See Add a team member.
