Welcome to NeuroAI, an augmented productivity and operational intelligence platform designed to help professionals, creators, agencies, and businesses automate marketing, sales, content, support, and digital operations.

Neuro AI integrates artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and multichannel workflows to transform user intent into measurable action, while maintaining an ethical, transparent, and human-centered approach. The platform may include features such as NEO, the operational AI agent, content generation, omnichannel management, campaign automation, CRM, reporting, and integrations with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Google, Shopify, and other supported services.

By accessing or using Neuro AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Neuro AI,” “we,” “us,” or “the platform” refers to the technology ecosystem, website, software, AI agents, automations, dashboards, integrations, and related services provided by Neuro AI.

“User” refers to any individual, company, representative, customer, visitor, or entity that accesses or uses Neuro AI.

“NEO” refers to Neuro AI’s operational artificial intelligence agent, designed to communicate, plan, execute, report, and assist in digital processes.

“User Content” includes texts, images, instructions, files, data, campaigns, conversations, leads, configurations, brands, voices, avatars, products, audiences, databases, or any other information uploaded, connected, or processed through the platform.

The User agrees to use Neuro AI only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate business purposes.

Neuro AI may be used to:

  • Automate marketing, sales, support, and content processes.
  • Manage leads, campaigns, publications, and communications.
  • Generate texts, scripts, ads, blogs, sales flows, and reports.
  • Analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics.
  • Design operational workflows assisted by AI.
  • Integrate authorized third-party tools.

The User may not use Neuro AI to:

  • Manipulate, deceive, or psychologically exploit individuals.
  • Generate fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or misleading content.
  • Send spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized communications.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Process personal data without a legal basis, consent, or authorization.
  • Attempt to compromise the security, infrastructure, or models of Neuro AI.
  • Use automations for illegal, abusive, or invasive activities.

Neuro AI is built on principles of ethical neuromarketing, transparency, explainability, and human oversight. It is not intended to manipulate decisions or replace user responsibility.

To access certain features, the User may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

The User is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Managing access for team members.
  • Reviewing activity performed under the account.
  • Notifying Neuro AI of any unauthorized use.
  • Keeping billing and contact information updated.

Neuro AI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or use the platform abusively.

Creadores plans are offered with monthly or annual billing in USD. Monthly subscriptions provide one full month of paid access per billing period. Annual subscriptions provide twelve full months of paid access for the equivalent of ten monthly payments of the same plan. There is no minimum commitment beyond the selected paid period.

Eligible new subscriptions include three additional free trial days. The paid monthly or annual period starts after the trial ends; the trial days are not deducted from that paid period. Unless the User cancels before the trial ends, the registered payment method is charged the full plan price shown at checkout, and the subscription then renews automatically for the same billing interval until cancelled. Any applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout.

Current plan prices are: Lanza AI, $79 monthly or $790 annually; Crece AI, $159 monthly or $1,590 annually; Autoridad AI, $249 monthly or $2,490 annually; and Empresa AI, $449 monthly or $4,490 annually.

Access to AI tools does not include unlimited usage. Metered services such as AI, calls, SMS, and email may incur separate charges according to the account configuration and applicable service terms. The free trial applies to the plan subscription; it does not promise free metered services.

  • The User authorizes recurring charges as disclosed at checkout.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of the service.
  • Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.
  • Custom services or enterprise agreements may have separately disclosed terms.

Cancel before the end of the three-day free trial to avoid the plan subscription charge. After a paid period has started, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of that paid period, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

The User may cancel their subscription according to the instructions available in the platform or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily generate a refund for already billed periods, unless required by applicable law or by a specific commercial policy.

Custom services, special configurations, implementation work, consulting, integrations, or tailor-made development may be subject to separate payment and cancellation terms.

Neuro AI uses artificial intelligence systems to assist with content generation, automation, analysis, recommendations, segmentation, reporting, and operational execution.

The User understands and accepts that:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
  • The User must review, approve, and supervise content, campaigns, responses, or decisions before publishing or executing them when necessary.
  • AI does not replace legal, tax, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
  • The User is responsible for the final use of any output generated by Neuro AI.
  • Critical decisions must remain subject to human oversight.

Neuro AI promotes a Human-in-the-Loop model, where relevant automations must be reviewable, controllable, and traceable by humans.

The User retains ownership of the content, data, brands, materials, and information they upload or connect to Neuro AI.

Neuro AI retains all rights over:

  • Software.
  • Code.
  • Operational models.
  • Interfaces.
  • Platform design.
  • Proprietary workflows.
  • Technical documentation.
  • Methodologies.
  • Architecture.
  • Brand name, logos, and commercial assets.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Neuro AI grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the active subscription or contract period.

The User may not copy, resell, sublicense, decompile, replicate, modify, or commercially exploit the platform, its modules, workflows, agents, documentation, or architecture without express written authorization.

Neuro AI may connect with external platforms such as social networks, CRM systems, e-commerce tools, messaging platforms, advertising tools, analytics tools, or payment services.

The User acknowledges that:

  • The use of integrations is subject to each third party’s terms.
  • Neuro AI does not control the availability, changes, errors, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
  • The User must have proper authorization to connect accounts, data, audiences, or external assets.
  • Changes in APIs, policies, or third-party services may affect Neuro AI functionality.

The processing of personal data is governed by Neuro AI’s Privacy Policy.

Neuro AI applies privacy-by-design principles, explicit consent, traceability, one-click deletion where applicable, process auditing, and compliance-oriented practices aligned with frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, where applicable.

Neuro AI will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, secure, and functional.

However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems, devices, browsers, platforms, or third-party integrations.

We may perform maintenance, updates, technical changes, or improvements without prior notice when necessary for security, stability, or service evolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro AI shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, sales, opportunities, or profits.
  • Errors in AI-generated content.
  • Decisions made solely by the User.
  • Suspensions caused by third parties.
  • Failures of external integrations.
  • Misuse of automations.
  • Data loss caused by incorrect User configuration.
  • Claims arising from the User’s content, campaigns, or communications.

Neuro AI’s obligation to provide the subscribed services applies while the subscription is active, including the applicable trial and paid service period. Expiration or cancellation does not extinguish accrued claims or obligations that must survive under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Neuro AI may suspend or terminate User access if the User:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Engages in illegal or abusive activities.
  • Compromises platform security.
  • Uses AI for manipulation, fraud, spam, or reputational harm.
  • Fails to pay applicable fees.
  • Violates third-party rights.

After termination, the User may request deletion or export of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable technical, legal, or contractual limitations.

Neuro AI may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or operational changes.

When changes are material, the User will be notified through the website, email, dashboard, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by mandatory legal provisions.
